The Certificates icon within the Teacher Platform allows for easy and flexible issuance of appreciation certificates for students. The teacher can choose the appropriate certificate design according to the occasion, such as: “We are proud of you” or “You are a great reader,” in addition to many ready-made templates available within the system.
Upon entering the icon, the teacher selects the type of certificate they wish to issue, and once the chosen certificate is clicked, a page appears containing all the required details to be filled out before moving to the next step.
These details include:
- School
- Teacher
- Classroom
- Students
- Level
Academic Year
All selections are made through dropdown menus to facilitate the process and ensure data accuracy, including the student’s level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). The names of the school, student, and academic year can also be manually edited, whether in Arabic or English, to ensure data correctness before issuing the certificate.
After completing all fields and clicking Continue, the certificate is automatically generated and ready for use. The teacher can then:
- Print it directly on paper
Or send it electronically via the platform to the student
Once sent, the certificate appears in the student’s account on the platform, allowing easy access to view it.
This feature contributes to enhancing motivation and appreciation within the educational environment by enabling teachers to issue customized certificates that reflect students’ achievements quickly and professionally.
