Teachers can select appropriate educational materials suitable for assigning to their students level and monitor their progress.
Task Customization
Navigate to the Library.
Select a suitable activity for student based on their level and educational needs.
Customize the required tasks by clicking on Assign as Homework.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Task type (Reading, Listening, Test, Recording, Writing)
- Target group (Class, Students)
- Time period (3 days, 7 days, 10 days, "Schedule Task")
- Then click on the Create button.
Note: You can assign the task to specific student levels within the class to accommodate individual differences among them.
Tracking Homework
The teacher can track assignments and monitor student performance through Assignments which contains the following sections:
In Progress: Currently active tasks.
Completed: Assignments whose submission period has ended.
Scheduled: Future assignments that have been scheduled but the due date has not yet arrived.
Deleted: Assignments that have been deleted.
In Progress
By clicking on any task in the In Progress section, the teacher will be able to view all the details of that assignment.
Click on the "Submitted" number to see the students who have completed the task, or on the "In Progress" number to follow the names of students who have completed part of the task or have not fully completed it.
The teacher can also send a text or audio alert to the students and send an automatic reminder about the assignment. Additionally, the teacher can now modify the submission period of a previously sent assignment or delete the assignment if necessary.
Completed
By clicking on any task in the Completed section, the teacher can view all the details of that assignment whose submission period has ended.
When clicking on the "Not Submitted" number, the "Extend Submission Deadline" icon appears, allowing the task to be reactivated for students who did not finish the assignment within the period previously set by the teacher.
Move to the Educational Portfolio
Teachers can transfer content (book, video, or worksheet) to a previously created educational portfolio by following these steps:
Click the Move to Portfolio button next to the desired content.
The educational portfolio page will appear.
Select the file to which you want to transfer the book.
Click the Done button to successfully complete the transfer process.
The platform also allows you to transfer more than one book at once using the "multi-select" feature, then select the name of the portfolio you want to transfer the books to.
