Assigning tests to students requires prior planning, as these tests are conducted over two or three rounds during the academic year to monitor performance development.
Organizational guidelines before assigning tests:
- The Little Thinkers team must be contacted at least two working days before the test date in order to activate the test-assignment feature.
- Student information such as level, grade, section, or account transfer may only be modified before the tests begin, and cannot be changed during the testing period.
- It is not allowed to assign more than one skill on the same day for the same grade.
Steps for assigning tests in the system:
- Set the schedule: Determine the grades, sections, and test dates, then share the schedule with the support team so the school can be granted the necessary permissions.
- Search for the test: After logging in and selecting the platform, click Search by to specify the grade and round. It is recommended to assign the test one grade at a time.
- Complete the assignment: Click the three dots next to the required test, choose Assign, then fill in the details such as the school name, the selected students/sections, and the test start and end time.
