Reports are among the most important features of “Meezan,” as they provide teachers with data and analyses that enable them to compare results and evaluate intervention plans.
Before issuing any report, it is necessary to ensure that all student tests in the school have been graded.
Available report types:
- Ready-made PDF reports:
These include statistics that show student performance, and they are divided into: the School Report, the Class Report, and the Student Report.
How to download: Go to Reports → PDF Reports, then select the report language (Arabic or English), and use the filters to specify the grade, round, and type.
- Interactive Reports (Web View):
These are reports displayed directly on the platform and evaluate performance according to international standards, highlighting areas of strength and weakness.
Key information they display:
- Overall participation: A breakdown of the percentage of students who participated in the tests.
- Overall performance: An analysis of students’ average performance in language skills.
- Student distribution: A classification of students into ranges (below average, average, above average).
